The turf works its way into the patio to create a unique detail. All plants are removed from front entry and base for new natural stone curb is set. Before shot displays cracked concrete drive and small space for dining and entertaining. The new Arbor scales down the existing Maple tree. Before shot of backyard shows that entire space was filled with weak growing turf. The new front entry bed introduces a more uniform Ornamental Pear tree while offering Summer flower color with Geraniums. The space has been enlarged and brightened with the new patio. Planting bed adjacent to stone will fill in with shade loving perennials. All backyard plants are removed, excluding the Maple, and the base is set for the new patio. Before shot displays large Pagoda Dogwood covering the front of this unique house. Overgrown shrubs with little character make the entry uninviting. New Flagstone is dry laid and ready for jointing sand. The Conceptual Design focused on creating a larger patio space that blended with the curve of the drive. By separating the two space of the backyard with the Arbor, the yard will feel larger. Flagstone patio is complete and furniture is set. Banding through the patio emphasizes the curve of the drive. A new arbor is installed to separate the backyard spaces.
