Capitol View Veranda

This lakefront property had its existing home removed to make way for a new, stunning residence. After the new home was complete, the outdoor needed to be repaired and revamped. Starting with the pool installation, terraced spaces were created to separate activities. Dining on the new natural stone inlayed veranda, lounging around the polished pool surround and conversing in the lower, porcelain paved fire lounge. New, slab style stone steps were installed throughout the property offering a grand entrance to the front entry and pool area. A custom, lineal pergola emphasizes the city sky line while outdoor lighting extends entertainment into the evening.
